WHAT IS AXTIVO?

Axtivo is a an activity community in the Dublin region.

We are a subscription based platform which gives you access to 100s of things to do city-wide.

WHAT'S ON OFFER?

Classes: With your Activity Pass you can book and attend a different class every day of the month for just the price of your subscription. You don't pay anything else at the venue.

We have 100s of things to do, in multiple diverse categories, and are expanding all the time. At the moment we have Creative, Dance, Fitness, Languages and much more. 

Within these categories we have a large range of classes and activities from yoga to zumba, photography lessons to Mandarin language lessons.

We recommend you browse our classes and see for yourself. Find inspiration for things to do!

Deals: Your Activity Pass gives you access to unique Deals with our trusted partners. You can book our unique discounted deals via your subscription and pay the Host's discounted price at the venue (e.g. salon, restaurant etc).

WHAT IS AN AXTIVO ACTIVITY PASS?

Quite simply a new and innovative way to look for exciting things to try and do. 

An Axtivo Activity Pass is a subscription to access and experience lots of diverse and stimulating new things across Dublin; and even online.

When you book a class or activity you'll receive an E-Ticket confirmation to show the activity host.

HOW DO I GET AN AXTIVO ACTIVITY PASS?

You can get your Axtivo Activity Pass by registering with us. Just click REGISTER on our home page and fill in your details.

If you have a Coupon code, enter it for your initial discount.

Our subscription fee is just €14.99 a month. Your Activity Pass is active once your initial payment has been confirmed and will be renewed on the same day every month.


 

HOW SECURE IS YOUR PAYMENT SYSTEM?

We use the https secure encryption protocol to ensure that your data is safely entered onto our system. The payment platform we use has been audited and certified as a PCI (Payment Card Industry) Service Provider Level 1; the most stringent in the payments industry. WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

You can cancel at any time.

Just email Subscription and notify us that you're thinking of leaving us and we'll get in touch. We will confirm via email that you wish to cancel your subscription. Subscription cancellation must be one month in advance.

Your payment will allow you to book activities for the remainder of the month already paid for.

Payments made are non-refundable.

I HAVE A PROMOTION COUPON, WHAT DO I DO?

Just enter your promotion coupon details along with your payment details and you will get your Axtivo Activity Pass at the discounted rate. Enjoy!

HOW MANY ACTIVITIES CAN I TRY?

Classes: you can try one new class/ activity every single day of the month. We have a credit system with up to 31 credits available to book activities. As you book an activity, your credits will reduce accordingly.

Deals: you can book as many discounted Deals as you like. There is no limit.

ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS?

Classes: Our only restriction is that you can try a specific activity class once in a calender month. If you want to give it a go the following month, feel free. If you have a great time you can become a regular client of the host. For example, if you want to take up Yoga but want to try different styles, teachers, venues and days, to see what suits your needs, then we have a range of hosts you can try. Every day of the week. In parallel you could be trying out learning a new language or life drawing classes. Whatever takes your fancy.

HOW DO I BOOK AN ACTIVITY?

Just browse the categories and hosts and click and book what you'd like to try. You'll get an E-Ticket confirmation to show your host.

HOW DO I BECOME A HOST?

Activity hosts can register with us online and for free.

ARE THERE ANY COSTS AFTER THAT?

No. It's as simple as that. There are no costs or charges for hosts. Ever. 

HOW DO I LIST MY AVAILABLE ACTIVITY AND CLASS SPACES?

Hosts can list their available activities and classes in their account dashboard, by date and time, venue and number of spaces.

You can get an idea on how to write your listing from other hosts' listings on the site. We will review and edit any written content and images. You can discuss this with your Host Relationship Manager on the phone or contact us on hosts@axtivo.com. We ask that you do not put contact details in your ad so the booking goes through our system. Your contact details will be printed on the E-Ticket sent to our subscriber when s/he books your class or activity.

WHAT IF I WANT TO CEASE HOSTING?

You can cancel your account at any time. We just ask that you honour your remaining bookings.
